hahahah taow- I hope if I ever have kids they are raised more in nature and with knowledgeable things, like books, than tv :)

Paper is cool Pip.
There is something about a blank page that excites me. I'm no poet obviously, but man I love writing. (Just random words or quotes I like) I think paper is beautiful. (recycled though;))

Somehow I went to bed at 9 pm last night.
I woke up at 8:45. Damn.
 
I could have used some of that kind of sleep today. After a weekend of nothing but yoga for three days straight, I was shot. Slept like a stone, but I could have used another couple hours, easy.

Plus I've developed this annoying habit lately where I'll get up exactly 45 minutes prior to my alarm, which is just enough time to fall back into deep sleep. So rather than get woken up at the worst possible time and stay groggy for half of the morning, I just sort of force myself to half doze for the last bit, losing almost an hour's sleep. Grrrr.
 
I should really clean my bathtub. I could go for a good bubblebath.

Hey TAOW, my AIM is screwing up and I don't feel like rebooting just now. I'm going out for a quick bite to eat, but when I get back home I'll reboot and get AIM back up and running (60-90 minutes). We can pick up in our conversation where we dropped off.

i have slept for days,basically.i finally decided to get up,see whats up on bl and get somethin to eat.
a bubble bath would be wonderful right about now... :)
 
Damn you ocean! I could SO go a bubble bath right now!! Just got back from the gym and went pretty hard. A long hot soak sounds perfect.

But alas, I am at work for 3 more hours :(

Then by the time I get home I won't feel like a bubble bath anymore, of course!


Dave, three days straight of yoga?? Que? Did you attend a yoga camp or course or something? Do tell :)
 
Yes indeed, we have a gym in our building at work :)
Usually I go after work, but at the moment I've got stuff to do at home after work so I've been going at lunchtime instead, which is better than nothing!
 
The bath was good ya'll ;)
Its a jetted tub and when I put the bubbles on it stirred up the bubble bath and I felt like I was 6 again :D

N3o- that's pretty cool your work has a gym.......
My dad set up this huge walkin closet with his boslex and some other exercise stuff. My mom is gonna make me do it!!!
 
Me + Warm water=I never get out :)...I hear you on the 6 year old thing Ocean, whats the point in having a bath otherwise(apart from the obvious!)
I am the most annoying person to share a bathroom with! :p

I am the same Posa...have been getting headlines on the Radio/on Podcasts but cant deal with being emotionally/mentally bombarded by all the negative hype/shite. 8)

All this talk of bubbly baths...I haven't had a bath in 15 years! No worries I do take showers.

Yeah it is SO handy!! They only just opened up the gym last year and I was like "jackpot!" =D
Aside from my usual weights and cardio routine, there's a group of about 6 of us from my work who all go to the pilates class at lunchtime on Wednesdays. It's quite relaxing :)
