On the contrary my good man, I LOVE meat!!
More specifically I love chicken. But I love lamb, pork and beef as well.

Seriously though, if I could be bothered to prepare it I'd eat chicken every single day.

I'm going to take photos of what a day of my meals looks like lol. Right now I have 36 oz of chicken breast tenders marinating , bison thawing , 6oz of salmon ready to be cooked and 8 oz orange roughy (pricey damn fish!!!). That's the protein in whole foods, let alone whey - casein shakes. At least carbs are cheap, food bill gets out of control for me when I'm training like this. But it's worth it.

Btw I make mean pork chops grilled and fried =D
 
Man careful you don't have too much protein and kill your kidneys!! I'm sure you know what you're doing though. But my boyfriend was a gym junkie and heaps in to the protein and creatine and whatnot, and he almost went in to kidney failure from having too much protein.
 
Every 3 months bloodworks. I am eating to this extent because of my cycle , it can actually be absorbed - I don't take any NSAID's my kidneys are solid. Liver is more the concern, but as stated I keep it under watch. Also I take a variety of protectors such as cranberry seed extract, milk thistle, nac, liv52, this list goes on for awhile , i won't keep you =P. That and 2 gallons of water a day. I do try my best to stay healthy inside, but I will be first to admit I am obsessive for my goals and not much would deter me.

2 whole eggs , 1 cup oatmeal (porridge if you're down under =D ) and 8oz ground turkey! Nom nom nom, ill be eatin in 3 hours again. Oh ya, 24oz of water ;)

^ yeeh just had docs appointment my BP is up about 5-10% - to be expected on. I'm not worried neither is she.

^You would be shocked. Cooking is like reading; if you can read a recipe, you can cook. Start off easily and you'll likely do better than you might think.

Y'all should check out the apple thread in Second Opinion. I just nommed the heck out of a Honeycrisp apple. It was so healthy and awesome. Many thanks to Lacey K to bringing up the apple discussion. I am about to nom on my second in sliced form with Gouda cheese. I have been under stress, not eating well, and now I am going to nom more apples and cheese. Delicious, easy, amazing for company. :) These foods put a smile on my face.
