TDS Photo Thread Vs. Snow Day!

Looks like a great place PIP, though you're missing pics of fruit/melon salad ;)

I got this from an art fair today and can't wait to frame it up and get it on the wall.

Its been raining like crazy here too. This summer has been nice and cool :) Could do without all the rain though.
 
we've been having thunder and lightning storms here the past week or so, which is very rare for us in the PNW. happens around 40 minutes before the sunsets the temperature drops like probably 15F at least at first causing all that action over the Mts, but it all gets dumped before reaching us.

totally cool looking though and it smells great!
 
Well maybe you'll just have to come over here and see for yo'self Vaya! =D <3

Wow, Spork, that print (painting?) is beautiful! How big is it?

OK, here is a picture I took while passing the time in D.C. waiting for this very kind and generous Bluelighter I know to give me a private tour into the belly of the beast (aka the American Capital Building where congress does not do its work but manages to kill us a little more each session). I love how it came out.


A fitting caption for it might be this: When your world is turned upside down, try walking on the sky. :)

And here is me feeling VERY happy after a dip in that turquoise water behind me. It is Lake Keowee in South Carolina and it was warm, silky freshwater. A real treat compared to my very salty, wild and cold Pacific.

I think it's like 11 x 14 and it's a print. :)

You look great. How did you take the first pic? Are you doing a handstand? What in the world is going on there? lol :D

I have to share this with you guys. I can't stop squeeeeeeing over it. <3 :)
