Haha you're right it says it right under your name! I can't believe I never noticed that in all the time I've been here.
I think its a bit too discriminating, like newbies are so different from us we're gonna give them a totally different color, instead of just calling them "baby bluelighters" or something. I don 't know just sounds like it would tend to create more of an emotional divide. While "baby bluelighters" shows that they are still bluelighters like us, but babies =]

I concur. Initially, I had to throw the remaining portion of my ego in the garbage can when I saw that 'greenlighter' tag. I kept thinking "FUCK, I've been through enough shit to be a fucking RAINBOWLIGHTER! Not just a Bluelighter...not just a Greenlighter...but a fucking RAINBOW-FUCKING-LIGHTER! And yet I'm stuck here weeping over my keyboard consistently staring at the word 'Greenlighter'. Perhaps I have a new TDS thread idea? Haha ;) I kid, I kid.

n3ophy7e, it's a pleasure to be here :) Well, uh...you catch my drift ;)

PS. All the pug photos in this thread are just precious! I've wanted one all my life. Currently own a cat whom I adore, but those goddamn pugs make my heart melt every single time. Especially the chubby ones <3

Here is the most recent photo of me taken about a week and a half ago—prior to detoxing.
Luckily, this time around, it hasn't been nearly as harrowing. I've certainly had a hell of a past few years, though. Drawn to TDS due to my ongoing struggles with opiate addiction, PTSD, depression, and severe panic attacks.

(I also suffer from PTSD and panic disorder..... TDS can be a WONDERFUL place to give and receive valuable advice, unconditional support and find people who can really relate. <3)

A Greenlighter is a fledgling account. After 50 posts the greenlighter gains the ability to PM people other then mods and these days they also can not post in the lounge til then. It is about a deterrent people from making accounts just to spam members, source things that out not be sourced, cause disruption,etc.

Now to stay on topic I have to post some pics. Both of these are from this month & they are both terrible imo but a little fun at the same time.

GirlInterrupted I'm so sorry to hear you're struggling with depression and your addiction. You're a beautiful girl and I can see how happy you once were in those old photos. You CAN get back there again though, so don't lose hope <3

ocean I LOVE the new scarf, and that photo! You look lovely :)

This is me holding my boyfriend's neice on Christmas Day, she is so adorable! She was 9 weeks premature but she is just a normal little girl now.
