it means so much to you, like whats the story behind it?
 
Now I'm clean I thought I'd post before and after pics..

BEFORE At one of the worst points in my addiction (December 2009):

I've put on about 3 stone in weight since I've been clean and am at about right weight! I was only just over 10 stone at my worst which isn't good for someone who is 6ft 3" !!

wow^ you look so much healthier. actually you just look like a completely different person. thats awesome man. i know we got the same clean date so lets keep it that way !!!! haha

also whats a stone? lol i never heard of that is it a kilo? or i'm also 6'3'' and weigh 190lbs. (stupidest abbreviation of all time just thought about that lol) so in kilograms i guess that would be around 90kg ? something like that. is a stone like 10 kgs?
 
thanks man, feel a whole lot better too!! My body had been completely taken over by alcohol, heroin, methadone and other drugs and a lot of people don't recognise me now! The comparison of these photos does show me how far I've come even just physically.

1 stone = 14 pounds. So I was about 145 pounds at my worst, now I'm 189 pounds.

Wait so your 6'3" and 190lbs?? So we got same clean date, weight and height?? Lol!

Bro you should really really really really really be proud of yourself man that is something you should not be modest about.

If you can make it 4 1/2 months that means to me you can make it the rest of your life. Its amazing that I can actually see the spirit behind your eyes in the second pic. Its not just your smiling theres actual life in your face and in the first picture you just look dead. Your first pic is how I look myself right now.

Did you do rehab how'd you get yourself off the opies? Thats up there with winning a noble prize as far as I'm concerned. =]

Well if it makes you feel better I do actually know her name. But I definitely don't know her music.
I actually couldn't tell you much of anything about rap/rock/pop/country/r&b or anything remotely mainstream. But when it comes to EDM, trance, techno, house, electro, german trance, dubstep, break beat, ambient I could tell you anything in the world you wanted to know.

Thanks man! I felt dead back then too. It's so nice to be free and alive again!! Been quite tough getting through the paws symptoms, and using thoughts, but I got a great support network of clean friends now which is helping a lot, and I am actually starting to feel pretty consistently good again now, which is amazing! Yeah I did go to rehab, I wrote a little bit about it in this post: http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showpost.php?p=8875985&postcount=3 It wasn't pleasant!! I should have tapered more really, but I was just so so desperate to get off it all, after having about 5 failed home attempts. There is hope for all of us, as I was utterly hopeless! :)
