In San Diego, theres a wild animal park with an interactive lorikeet enclosure.
You buy lil cups of nectar n they swarm n assault you.
I had one on my head
3 on my shoulders
1 on each hand
2 on my arms
N they were all chirping full blast

maybe that isnt such a bad idea, i am known for not smiling much in pictures...

an orchid, i forget the species now, but the rest is their food and medeium material(rockwool, cococoir, perlite)
cannanutes - NPK=0-10-11
cannanutes - NPK=0-4-3
'cannanutes - NPk=4-0-6
ThriveAlive - NPK 1-1-1 + Vit B1(growth hormone/anti-shock/medium fermentor-"fluffer")
they only need to be feed once a month or every 3 weeks, spray the foliage or top of soil once or twice a week.
if i wanted them to flower, i would need to give them maybe 6-8 hours dark, but what they really want to flower is a 25 degreeF temp drop interestingly enough, rather then lots of Prosperous and a 12/12 light schedule as do most all plants that produce fruit or flowers etc.
they also really really like to be root-bound, haha, hence the tiny pot, but, the larger the plant, and smaller the pot, the more often they will want to be feed. i am going to get a CocoCoir "sheet" and a "round bottom" to make a pot with. cococoir(coconut husks) are 85-90% air- so they will just love that -being able to draw moisture from the air more freely to the root system
