a nostalgic picture of myself (left), my younger brother (middle) and my uncle (right) from the first big day out i took my brother too. being the monkey see, monkey do brother that he is he coloured his hair as i had done that year. i was the hairdresser.

thanks, n3o:) i really like the photo too. it was at the 2005 BDO when Metallica were headlining. my uncle scored one of kirk's guitar picks from that gig.

I didn't make it to that BDO, boooo :(
But where I was living at the time, I had a perfect view of Sydney Olympic Park (where it was held...for all non-Aussies here), and if the wind was blowing in the right direction I could just hear the music hehehe.
Also, that night (the Sydney one) there was a MASSIVE lightning storm right when Metallica played. I saw the whole thing, it was a real corker of a storm. Would've been SO GOOD to be there, off chops, watching Metallica play with that huge storm behind them.
