I suspect it is a joint, due to smoke coming out the end you put in your mouth, doesn't tend to happen with cigarettes. Seems he uses filters in his spliffs, makes them look more cigarette like, very nice. Then again it could be a smoke, but I mean, I think it is a spliff.
