n3o-- I'm so saving that first Captain Obvious pic. It could come in handy so often! I can't believe that I haven't seen it before.

Oh, and I hope that your foot heals quickly. It looks rough, but your toenails look neat. Don't often see white toenail polish. It really works with the tat, which coincidentally works with the bruising. :)

geez, I thought the stars were a real life version of what emanates when you bonk a cartoon character on the head as a symbol for pain.

It makes sense now! Real life people don't exhibit 'pain stars'

So my boyfriend's best mate (who is incidentally now one of my best mates too) is an amazing artist. In the last couple of years he's been focussing on drawing portraits, and has done some incredible work. He's drawn his grandparents, some of his newborn baby cousins and family friend's babies etc, and a few months ago he asked me to send him a couple of photos of my face because he thought he'd give it a go at drawing me!

This is what he came up with:

Props to his artistic ability - but honestly, It doesn't do you justice. Then again you were not in front of him =P
