does anyone else still rate their pill by taste? I always viewed my tongue as an EZ tester.

i always nibble a bit of the pill before scoffing the lot.
the problem with tasting for mdma is that a lot of other chemicals taste very bitter as well. pure mdma powder is hard to stomach, i almost hurled when i emptied a cap onto my tongue.
sometimes you can smell the sassafras/safrole on the pills, it's kinda like a flowery licorice. if they stink of that then you've got the goods

Taste it - I always ground it into a fine powder and sprinkle it over my ice-cream..Sara Lee's ultra chocolate of course!!

tweak: as j swift says good pills, ie those with MDXX in them have a very distinctive bitter taste, a bunk pill with little or no aactive ingredient will have little or no taste, as it will be mainly filler and salts.
but as j swift points out many other chemicals have a bitter taste, the trick is to work out which taste is the one you want...
but remember that this methos is far from foolproof and you generally have to have bought the pill already to be biting it, so ez-test is by far a more reliable method and should always be use by preference.
