Benzos Tapering Valium?

I take 20mg valium at night every few days for the past month, reading about seuizues has me nervous I am almost out and I have been trying to wait 3 days or so to redose.....I onyl have a few left am I safe to wait 4 days and take 1 then another 4 and 1 ?
 
If you've been taking it for only a month and only at night. You dont have anything to worry about. You could always take a smaller dose and spread it out before you discountinue completely.
