Mental Health taper off celexa?

I've been on celexa for a couple of months now , taking 40mg. I wanna taper off it because I've gained way too much weight from this and seroquel! I was 185 and now I'm 220...and Im only 5'8. How should I go about this ?

Start by taking 3/4 of a pill for probably a week. Then 1/2 a pill for a week. Then 1/4 of a pill for a week. Be careful.
