Interested in knowing what tapentadol is like and if its effects are any better than tramadol and if it lasts as long. I find tramadol incredible and so long lasting if I take enough but the ssri and seizure effect is worrying, I read tapentadol is safer that way so if it does have the same long lasting effect I'll definitely change to it. Oxycodone (shortec) is great but wears off quickly and I need a big dose of longtec/oxycontin (extended release) if not crushed to feel something and that uses up a big portion of my "opiate allowance" so to speak. This seems to be a rare and new painkiller unlike tramadol and oxycodone which has been around over a century
