Opioids Tapentadol & Kratom

I currently take 6-10 grams of kratom pretty much daily. I have tapentadol 100mg pills coming soon hopefully so I was curious how much my (high) tolerance to kratom will affect the tapentadol. Will I feel the tapentadol at all and if not how long should I be off kratom before I can start feeling the full effects of the taps?

I don't think kratom will block tapentadol.
I'm not personally familiar with it so defo check with someone else but there shouldn't be problem combining the two in smaller doses.


Tapentadol isnt very strong an it sounds like u have a small opioid tolerance.
Wen I was using H or even now on 60mg methadone I wouldn't be able to feel 500mg tapentadol.
Maybe start with 100mg and work up to 300mg of not feeling anything after 45 minutes.


It's somewhere between tramadol and morphine in strength but closer to tramadol.
