Opioids Tapentadol Affinity

I have a question about Tapentadol as someone told me that its affinity to opioid receptors was low (even less than tramadol) but I doubt this. Is it true?

And one last question, is there a method to skip the abuse-deterrent formulation (adf)? Is there an ingredient within the excipients that is causing this?

Nope not true. Tapentadol is active in the nanomolar range, tramadol is in the low macromolar range. Aqround 10x more active at the MOR though as an analgesic its only 4-5 or so times stronger.
