Here soon, I shall start vending and running more group buys. I wish to look at this like a business and not just selling stuff for "plant food". I am going to go down to a very good lawyer I know of and pay him for an hour of his time. I want him to write me up a disclaimer that will hold up in court that I can have on my website. I also want advice on how to proceed. I was wondering what should I bring with me or exactly say.
I was thinking of bringing a copy of the KRS code on the chemicals, a list of chemicals I wish to sell, telling him this is only for research only etc. I am trying to be as legit as possible. For the website, I want it to have a splash page and a disclaimer you have to agree to before entering the site. To get on the site you will need an invitation code and to apply to get on the site you would need a letter of intent etc.
Really I am looking for the best ways to cover my ass and do this right. Any help would be very appreciated.
