Taking Xanax sublingually

I'm trying to figure out the best way to take Xanax in general, and the best way avoid having a full-stomach ruin it.

I've read that if you take Xanax sublingually that a full-stomach will not effect it's potency. The taste is horrible, so I want to ask here to see if it's true before trying.

IME having a full stomach will make it absorb slower but it will have the same effect. if you can take the nasty xanax taste than by all means do it sublingually.

I've never taken it on a full stomach, but I have compared sublingual to oral on an empty stomach and found sublingual to be slightly better. I wouldn't think sublingual absorption would be affected by how full the stomach is, but I could be wrong. I'd just maybe drink some white grapefruit juice first and then suck on a cough drop or something while it's dissolving under your tongue. The taste isn't great (What pill tastes great, right?) but I've found it's more tolerable if you dilute it with something really sweet.

i find subbing xanax beats oral but any other ROA is a waste of time and medication
if you can handle the bitterness sub it
full or empty stomach doesnt make it less potent but by taking it on a full stomach it takes a bit longer to kick in
