Taking MDMA while going through nicotine withdrawal.

I'm planing to quit smoking in a few days. Also some time has passed since I took MDMA for the first time and I'd like to do it again soon.

However, I'm concerned that taking MDMA while being in a state of nicotine withdrawal might cause some adverse effects.
I've been reading articles on whyquit.com where nicotine withdrawal is described as quite a complex brain adjustment process.
(It's a great resource btw, recommend taking a look)

Physical withdrawal supposedly lasts 3 days or a little longer, I won't be taking MDMA in this period of time.
Probably a week into the quit.

Also I've read a trip report in which the person successfully potentiated a shroom trip while having nicotine withdrawal.(not clear how long into it)
Supposedly in this state MAOI gets inhibited. (I'm not really familiar enough with the meaning of this)

How would the effects of MAOI inhibition from nicotine withdrawal translate to MDMA if it has been a week with no nicotine?
Are there any other temporary changes in the brain that would influence the way MDMA works?

Can someone with a better understanding of neurochemistry shed some light on these questions?

Any feedback much appreciated!

I quit smoking and took MDMA lots of times will no ill effects at all. Not sure why it would. The cravings will get worse while you're on MDMA no doubt, it depends how heavy a smoker you are. Good luck with the quit dude, one of the hardest drugs to quit, regardless of its legality.

I quit for 3 months and fell back into it, gutted.
