Taking Lyrica + MDMA (Ecstasy)

Tonight i will be taking some mdma pills and i was wondering if it is safe to take whilst under the influence of Lyrica?

I took around 300mg Lyrica around nearly 4 hours ago.

Would it be best to take the Lyrica with the mdma pills? (would it enhance the effects?) or would it be best to take the Lyrica before the mdma pills? (how long before?)

Or would any of these combinations be dangerous?

Well Lyrica has an half life of 5-6 hours, so I imagine it's effects would've worn off by the time you do the MDMA later on tonight.

Pregabalin is pretty good in that it has very few interactions with drugs. The only ones to really worry about are the ones that are CNS depressants (ie. opioids, benzodiazepines, z-drugs, barbiturates, and alcohol).

I think you'll be fine.

If you're currently crashing, the lyrica will most likely diminish the effects.
