Opioids Taking codeine then later oxycodone?

I have a small amount of oxycodone, 15mgs (wish I had more so I didn't have to use codeine). I'm not highly tolerant to opiates but my average dose around 400mg's, plus promethazine as a potentiator at 75mg's. Not sure if that would be classified as tolerant as it's one of the weaker opiates.

My question is, should I just take a smaller dose of codeine with the oxy (I've done this a few times already) or what I am planning to do is take the codeine as I usually take it and when it starts to wear off drop the oxys?

I realise that it's pretty much a waste if you re-dose within 6hours with the codeine because the liver won't metabolize it or something, but is this the case for the oxy? I wanna make the most of the small (aka tiny) amount of oxy that I have and if I can extend the high once the codeine dies that would be lovely!

I don't understand what you're trying to ask here. Like are you asking how to combine 15 mg of oxycodone and 400 mg of codeine that you have to get the best buzz? Or is this like some regular drug routine you're trying to plan out?

Yoo i did the exact same thing today haha. I took 150mg codeine then about 2 hours later did 40mg oxy and it hit me strong even though i did codeine earlier.
I think the codeine useless redosing thingy is only for codeine and dosent count if you do oxy or something else after

This.

Oxycodone is active without needing metabolism. Codeine is not. So redosing oxy will always work, whereas redosing codeine needs a while for your liver to "reset".
