Opioids Taking a nap after taking an opioid

If I take opioids and fall asleep, when I wake up the buzz is gone. Other than taking more opiates, is there anything I can take that will kick the opioids back in and give me a buzz again?

No. You can take something to potentiate it, but it won't make it kick back in after it's eliminated from your system.
