Opioids take any p450 inhibitor(tagamet,cat's claw) after your dose of opiate

i think that take any p450 cytchrome(sp?) after your dosage of opiates but before it peak you'll be stopping part of the drug that wuld be metabolised from do it (because that's what (except cat's claw) does: stop the drug from benn broken I guess.They just last longer if taked before.But after?
im talking about ainly methadone

I take 400mg of cemitidine every time I dose on any opiate. Whether it potentiates it or not, the jury's still out on that one. I'm leaning more towards yes it does, however my main reason for taking it is to battle nausea, and it seems to work for that. It doesn't seem to hurt the drug experience at all, so I figure there's nothing to lose.

I also think it works better for certain opiates over others. I feel like it did good for pod tea.
