Take a bunch of one pill or do combinations?

I have a lot of 10 mg IR focalin. I also have 70mg vyvanse 10mg adderall and 45 mg of Dexedrine.

My tolerance is high. And I'm wondering what a starting dose of focalin would be. My tolerance to amphetamines is ridic, I can take 280 mg of vyvanse and be fine. I have taken 150 mg of Dex with 210 mg of vyvanse. Not trying to be a show off just want to let you know and be aware I do have a tolerance when considering what focalin dose (by itself more? Or less with combining what I listed?)

I wouldn't mix Focalin with Dexedrine, Adderall or Vyvanse. Focalin is a reuptake inhibitor, whereas the amphetamines (Dexedrine, Adderall, Vyvanse) as releasers.

Just stick to one class of stimulants.

Focalin is dexmethylphenidate, not an amphetamine. I am not an expert when it comes to stim tolerance, but I'd assume there would be some cross tolerance. Don't expect heaps of pleasure and energy, expect it to be like a weak coke feeling. That being said don't overdo it on the Focalin just because it might not feel strong, high doses are just not a good idea.
