Yep in case you were unaware cimetidine or Tagamet is not available north of the 49th parallel (Canada). i recently acquired some for the first time. Not only is it a far superior to any antacid otc here, it is also as we all know a potent p 450 inhibitor.

My questions is what is a common dose to potentiate Dexedrine, benzos and opiates or Kratom? Do most people take the recommended dose or do you "PRN" (use as needed)?
thanks for the help!

you can also get promethazine if you somehow are lucky enough to find a pharmacy that stocks it. it goes nicely with a few opiates namely codeine.

Interesting I just learned of this one. Does anyone know why Tagamet is not used in Canada?
