Benzos Tagamet and Clonazepam

Does taking Tagamet 30 min. Prior taking Kpins potentate the Benzo? I’ve heard the less stomach acid, the better. Also, empty stomach helps. Baby answers appreciated.
 
Yes, but because of inhibition of liver enzymes, the stomach acid is a minor player
