Syrian Rue Dosage? Urgent!

I am going to take 2.5 hits of fairly weak acid along with some Syrian Rue.
Can someone please tell me when to take the Syrian Rue and how much to take?
I was going to take 3 grams 2 hours before I dropped the acid.
Would 5 grams be better or what?
