Synthetic opioids in the UK and Europe

I've gotten fent mixed with h once in Northern Europe, at least I think it was. Had a lot of tolerance, took a smaller pice than I used to, maybe 2/3. Shot it and went out. It took 2 narcan doses and a cold shower before I barely regained consciousness. The other person who also took it went out too but just to sleep not a "real" OD but still extremely strong

You would have to wait for all the Bupe to come out your system before you had a smoke or crank, it'll make you sick as a Dog if you mixed the two.

One of the first Junkies I got to know when I started ended up having some patch thing put in his body, like a proper operation to have it put inside him, he had a good few days clean & not sick & decided to have a crank, I swear to God it was a matter of a few seconds after he pulled the 1ml out his foot & it hit him like a brick, he went into a very brutal withdrawl, he went from normal to being sick like he was 72 hours into a withdrawl, he ended up going a weird colour like a very light blue in the face & had to have a 999 call as he was so ill.

Narcan is a True Wonder thing, it has saved so many people, a Woman I know who lives in the worst part of Canada works as a place where people can go have a crank under the watch of Medical people, she has saved hundreds of people with Narcan.
