Later today I'll be getting a package with some very strong synthetic marijuana spice and a package with nitrous. Im prescribed methadone, adderall, and lyrica. My normal dose of methadone is 60mg but I plan on taking 100mg and my normal dose of adderall is 35mg a day and I plan on taking 100mg (divided by 3 or 4 doses reapeated because one of my favorite highs is speed balling and smoking weed on top, Im smoking synthetic weed instead because I enjoy that even greater with amphetamines and Ive never done it on top of a speed ball. Im also prescribed 900mg of lyrica a day for anxiety, which Im taking, and I will also be taking repeated hits of nitrous and drinking 2-3 beers.

This seems like a safe combo for me, someone who has a great amount of experience with all these drugs. The only thing Im worried about is the nitrous, its an NMDA antagonist and so is methadone (also an opioid agonist). Im assuming it will potentate the methadone because I believe most NDMA antagonist do like DXM, methoxetamine, etc. Am I right? Also I read that nitrous stops the amphetamine from inhibiting the dopamine transporter or something similar. Will this effect be for hours or will it only last for the 30 second nitrous high? Im aware there will possibly be heavy anxiety from mixing synthetic weed and amphetamines but I know I'll be fine Ive experienced many AM-2201 overdoses on amphetamine lol that's a crazy feeling.

I think with the number of very different drugs you're planning to consume at fairly high doses, it would be impossible to make any assumptions or say how it's going to turn out.....just way too many variables.

Do you really have to take all that stuff at once?

I have lots of experience with different substances and combos of things, and while some of them were great, a couple of them led to the most dangerous and frightening experiences I've ever had. Synthetic weed, amphetamines, and dissociatives were involved in my psychotic break, from which I have not yet completely recovered (that was about 16 months ago).

I have a high tolerance to methadone and amphetamines. I do that combo or other speed balls with weed on top a lot maybe like once or twice a month and sometimes with a few beers on top. Im just a little concerned about the n20, I know by it self its one of the safest drugs you can do. Thinking about it, it should be safe to mix methadone and n20 as long as my methadone dose isn't too high which it isn't. People mix NMDA antagonists all the time.

What I really want to know is will the nitrous stop the dopamine flow caused by the amphetamine, and if so, how long? Also would n2o potentate opioids?

I too have suffered psychosis from synthetic weed. For me it was with a combo of am-2201 and mdpv, that mdpv stuff was horrible Im so glad its illegal now. Maybe I should just stick to regular weed this time to avoid too much paranoia.

Funny story: when I had psychosis from the am-2201 and mdpv I thought that people don't die and that we just evolve into black people LMFAO. I explained that to the janitor at my high school when I broke in on a weekend to try to tell my science teacher, who wasn't there cause it was a Saturday, that brilliant idea and he called the cops lol. I told that to the doctor and he asked if he could have some college students interview me probably because some students were doing a paper on the bathsalt craze going on in the media. I thought I was I genius lol. Im ok now thank God.

When you were smoking the am-2201, were you smoking it on a carrier herb or as straight powder?

Either way, smoking the synthetic cannabinoids is so dicey. It's all too easy to go a bit too far and feel "wow, I'm really fucking stoned" and then have that feeling just keep building and building and then The Fear creeps in as you realise you are not in control anymore.

Like you, I had a shocker of a time ages ago with some MDPV and some random synthetic weed blend. I went from crazy high to ... insane.. in a short space of time.

I was shaking so much and hallucinating so heavily that I could hardly move, and it was only because I had clonazepam on hand that the situation didn't get worse.

It was just the straight up powder 99% pure. That stuff should not be touched without a mg scale or probably with one.

Well Im not doing the amphetamines today because a slept all day before and I had some work to do so I got into my adderall bottle.

I know, that mdpv was some crazy shit, wasn't it??? I never went insane like that but saw plenty of people who did. Anyway, to get back on topic, this seems like a really excessive amount of drugs you're mixing

That seems like a bit much to combine. But I love combos and have done many that were just as crazy. If you do go through with it then please write a trip report for the trip report section. As long as your tolerance is up there you should be ok. But I would take it nice and slow. Esp. with the synthetic cannabis and the alcohol. These two can get out of hand very easily.
