Synth 'noids affect thc detox???

I know that synthetic cannabinoids do not show up on a urine test (unless specifically tested for) but will it slow down the natural detoxing of thc???
I have a test in about a month so I'm quitting weed and doing all the shit I can to speed up my detox but sobriety is a bitch. Will smoking a head shop blend possibly get in the way of me passing by myself naturally?

I realize this may be against forum guidelines as it is a drug testing question. I'm hoping the mods will show leaniancy because its not a "omg when will I be clean?" Kinda question. And the search engine shows no such information. It doesn't seem that any info is out there for this question. I'm relying on personal experiences and knowledge from my peers. I logically deduce that if synth noids slow metabolism, then, it will cause the natural cleansing process to slow. But I don't claim to be an expert. That's why I ask.

they shouldn't slow the metabolism of natural THC but they will cause issues for your tolerance.
