SYDNEY-NEED INFO: white ENGs (england?)

I haven't heard of a white ENG before but they are going around sydney. Someone i don't know personally sent me a photo of them and i was wondering if anyone's had it before? Any good? Any info would be of great help.

the "g" on the pill is not seen properly but it's the old typewriter font "g".

An american based site said (with no test results, just personal opinion) that it contained speed and ketamine.
Friend of a friend popped one, felt absolutely nothing at all.
