yuck
Sorry to hear about your b'day not going as planned man. Atrium has got to be one of Sydney's best venue's though. It was no more crowded than Subbie's on a good night and was fucking huge (I never even found 1 of the rooms). I'm not a big raver (hypers was only my 2nd) and am used to the Sydney club-scene where I (19) am one of the youngest out.
Although I love candy kids (especially pre-pubescent ones) I was shocked by the lack of people my age and above. Seriously, I was hard-core into sport and drinking when I was 15. Not getting trashed on the personality cookie's thats for sure. I don't mean to judge, but really there is no need to rave at that young age, especially dumping bikkies or tripping (like a certain 13 y/o I met)....Hohoho, kids these days.
In reference to the alarm...I have heard rumours that it was purposefully staged to add excitement/anticipation to the set. It did the opposite. Not only did it piss me off to the max (I mean fucking max.) but I just headed straight upstairs and when I returned the music was back on. If that was some DJ's stupid trick, then you suck.
I'd like to send a thankyou to all the police and dogs that showed up (all 5000 of you). After fearing for my safety on entry, you guys gave me no drama's through-out the night. Not sure why you bothered to go though, I saw so many fucked up 12 y/o's that I felt like busting down with some citizen's arrests of my own.

Anywayz, I had a fucken top night (9/10) and loved the vibe and randoms that I met (thanks ppl). Personally I couldn't have given less of a fuck about the DJ's that were there though.
I think DJ WogBaby ruled!!!!

Q+A of the night (In carpark on arrival):
Q: "Hey, do you guys know where Hyperspeed is?"
A: "Whats a Hyperspeed?"
