Harm Reduction Swollen arm days after IV'ing MSContin 60mg

I IV'd a 60mg MScontin 2 days ago, and I didn't miss or anything, shot up just fine, but for some reason my arm around the area where i shot in my forearm is swollen still. Like I said, I didn't miss or anything and i've never had this reaction before and I've shot up just about every opiate you can. And I've IV'd MScontin several times before this and never had this problem. Its kinda annoying lol Any ideas why this happened and why its still swollen. Its not tender or anything, doesnt hurt whatsoever are there is no discoloration on the skin or anything.

IMO, it could be a buildup of pill bindings, and your body's reaction to the pill bindings which are in that vein, which is causing the swelling. also, i thought IVing oxy could actually cause it to have LESS effect (meaning bioavailability) than when taken orally, just like insufflation, although i realize some prefer this method because of quicker onset/hitting you all at once. just saying.
