Opioids Switching to Hydromorphone from Oxycodone

Hi all.

Just a quick one.. I'm currently on Oxycodone IR 120mg (30mg x 4) a day. Im thinking about switching to Hydromorphone, is it worth it? and whats the equivalent daily dose? Cheers guys.

According to Google, 30mg of Oxycodone is equal to 12.5mg Dilauded (Hydromorphone).
