Hey. I've been on methadone for 3 years and have tapered down to 2mg from 90mg over the last year. I'm constantly anxious, paranoid and depressed, which I assume is a result of methadone dose decrease. Thinking about going from 2mg of methadone to nothing scares me. I've read that suboxone is a much easier drug to transfer into 100% sobriety than methadone. Is it possible to get on suboxone at such a low methadone dose?
