Opioids Switching from 60/1g Codomal to Codrydamol

Hello,

Just doing a switch from 60/1000 X3 dail Codomal to apparently Codrydamol. I'm about 5,000 30/500's in after serious nerve damage to leg and jaw and risk and stress assemment calibrated very far into the CPTSD territory

I just can't tell if it's just same dose longer lasting or... Just haven't ever come into conatct with it , Heroin yes, Oxy yes, Vicodin yes (but just settled for a low as possible as infrequently as possible prescription) but Codrydamol... Never came about

Any comparisons advice? For genuine pain and don't ever go over a recomend dose tbh, not a fan of being that fucked up anymore
