Friend of a friend told me that he was swirlin' on saturday night, anyway have a clue as to what this means.
I didn't think to ask him at the time, I wasn't too interested in the conversation, but now I'm curious.

I've only heard of swirling in reference to anal sex. Not sure of the exact logistics myself.

my guess is that is how he was feelin on whatever drug he was on...i don't think it refers to any drug in particular...if it did that would be one hell of a crappy ass drug cuz you could get the same effect from just spinning around in circles...
if you want to know the true answer you should just ask him yourself...when it comes to drug slang don't be afraid to ask if you don't understand...if someone says that they were swirlin last night just say "swirlin? what do you mean by swirlin??" or "swirlin? what's that??"...it'll save you alot of confusion...

Blue Lava is right. Swirling is doing GHB- I first heard it referred to as this by Ashke, so i can only assume it is a US thing.
I personally think it is a poor term, as people need to know that you have had ghb, in case of complications...
