I took 300mg of Ritalin at once, my heart is racing.
I am also sweating alot, heavy, so hopefully that can help me

To answer you're question, just lay down and drink plenty of water. Let you're body flush out the chemicals. If you're really feeling sick, maybe throwing up would help, but only as a last resort. Remember, plenty of water.

In event if a serious m-phen overdose you should 1. stay still and calm and 2. probaqbly call EMS... That said 300mg is not the end of the world, it's just an uncomfortable dose.
