Stimulants swim - busy mum addicted to ritalin to get everything done......help

swim has 2 small children, one 2 and a half and 1 18 months. she is a single mum. she was really struggling to get everything done around the house and be a good mother to the boys - she had no energy and often fell asleep whenever they did leaving chores undone and a very messy house. desperate she tried caffiene pills which did nothing. She then did some research and saw that ritalin can give you endless energy specialy alongside caffiene. terrified her boys would be taken as she wasn't coping she got some ritalin. she now takes it every day and it helps alot but she doesn't know what to do as she is addicted now. She has an addictve personality anyway and is on subutex due to previous opiate misuse. she snorts the rit(never in front of the kids of course) she feels terrible doing this but finds its the only way she can cope......any advice.....please.
