How do you control your water retention when on a NaGHB binge....?
It's only been 5 days of dosing every 5-6 hours and:
My rings are stuck on my fingers and my ankles look like my great grandmothers.
I started using GBL instead hoping this will help. Any other suggestions....?

this may be stating the obvious (for some it is neccessary)...stop binging? go for a run, and try and sweat off some of that water.

Yo could take some water pills like lasix(Furosemide). They will definitly take the swelling away. You'll be pissing every 10 minutes till all the retained fluids are gone...

Celery seed capsules (from the health food store) have diuretic action. I have no idea whether they are safe to combine.

A diuretic will help most definately. I would use a weaker one such as Aldactone (spironolactone) verses a stronger as Lasix (furosemide) as the latter has much less room for error if you use too great a dose. Diuretics can kill you.
Aldactone at 25 mg should do the trick. Don't go above 50mg and give the dose time to work.

if you don't wanna use a medicinal duiertic, try eating cucumbers. they're a natural duiretic that work nicely. you can also get OTC water pills.

another diuretic that is simple to obtain...coffee! or just pop some caffine pills.
