I'm on a similar drug regimen to yours. Advair is a great product, but there is a lot to be said for this talk of your sympathetic tone.
Since taking Adderall regularly, I've cut back to simply taking one 50mcg inhaled dose of fluticasone per day. You may be able to step back as well. As others already stated, you want to cut out the B2 agonists before you think about altering corticosteroid levels.
Montelukast is a fantastic drug as well but I believe the stimulation potentiation you're feeling with it is placebo. The amount of NE released is insignificant.
