I recently started taking this supplement called mindcare and I was wondering if any of the ingredients would interfere with rolling when taken daily. I am particularly worried about the velvet bean because I know it contains l-dopa and that can throw off the balance of serotonin and dopamine in the brain. It contains 1.17g of the following:

bacopa (whole plant), gotu kola (whole plant), dwarf morning glory (whole plant), jatamansi (rhizome), ashwagandha (root), vidanga (fruit), almond (seed), Indian valerian (rhizome), amla (fruit), chebulic myrobalan (fruit rind), Indian tinospora (stem), celastrus (fruit), oroxylum (bark), cardamom (fruit), fennel (seed), finger-leaf morning glory (tuber), velvet bean (seed), curculigo (root), arjuna (bark), nutmeg (nut, aril), belleric myrobalan (fruit rind), ginger (rhizome), clove (flower bud).

what do you think?

If you are worried about the interactions then stop taking them a few days before you take the MDMA? I take it it's not medically prescribed?

Those random "herbal" supplements are horrible for your liver and don't really do anything... there is a LARGE number of ingredients, all with rather minor effects on their own but they could have some synergistic properties that could cause problems...

It would be best to wait a few days, but I really doubt you're going to do that. Sounds like you just came here hoping someone would tell you that you would be fine

L-dopamine will actually make your roll WORSE for you because it increases the number of dopamine free radicals in the brain. If the other ingredients are more of the same kind of chemicals, then you might be in for real trouble.

Forget the pills and herbal drinks and shit and just have a healthy diet with foods high in L-Tryptophan and you won't have to worry if your "supplement" is going to kill you or not. You never heard of someone getting Serotonin Syndrome from too much turkey 8)

I agree with folley a quick google search has thrown up some concern about taking that shit anyway. I would suggest you do someof your own research. Your body doesn't need anything it didn't get already from fresh fruit vegetables and meats. The supplement culture does more damage than good in my opinion.
