Suggestions on how to find opiates in a new living environment?

what is there possibly that can be done to obtain painkillers in a place where you haven't established "connections?" is a doctor scam really worth it? should you just look for the skinny bum with the glazed eyes? how have you worked your way into obtaining hydros, oxys, etc.?
 
damn who was it who posted a long time ago about sneaking into old people's houses and raiding their medicine cabinets? you know, pretend like your car is broken down, ask to go inside and use the phone, then ask to use their bathroom, and snatch the goodies? was that you PhreeX? damn i'm surprised I remember that, it was funny as hell though. hehehe :D
 
Go to a rave or a rave club, make friends with someone - anyone - then ask them if they can get any pain killers.. there is a good chance they will only be able to get ecstasy, acid, or marijuana.. well, this gets your foot in the door to your local scene.. once you find someone, have them work you into the scene as best they can...
Depending on your area, you might be able to cop on the street.. go to areas where minorities sell crack cocaine and marijuana on the street.. ask for "a bag", "brown", or "chiva"...

I'm in a pretty simalar situation & am yet to find that elusive 'scene'...still, is'nt patience a virtue or something?
 
Im having the exact same problem!! If you have a credit card, try asking around and see if you can find a legit online pharmacy to order yer pain killers or benzo's from. Unfortunately for me, I have no credit card. Good luck tho

Hmmm, this is sketchy but I guess if the mods are posting....
If you are near a major city, you can always try copping on the streets. It's fairly easy to figure out where the good areas to score are. Lots of cities have "open-air drug bazaars." You stand a higher chance of someone trying to rip you off, though. Beggars (and also prostitutes, so I've been told) usually know what's up, and like most people are inclined to be helpful if you help them. Just wander around, don't look like a complete poser, ask around, and you'll find stuff soon enough. It's a little dangerous, and it takes some balls and/or serious desperation for drugs, if you're not used to it.
 
Actually, the streets can be ok.. set out with 2 $10 bills and nothing else.. when you find someone, hand them first a $10 - if it's more they will ask for it.. don't pay more then $20 for anything.. if it's good shit go back to the same spot, and eventually you will make a good raport (sp?) with one of the locals.. from there you can work your way up in weight.. after a few weeks of buying dime bags you can ask if he has something reasonable - like a 1/4g.. there is a chance they wont do it though, as that 1/4g is worth a lot more brok down into $10 and $20 wraps..
Fuck the online pharmacies! It's a waste of money..
 
I'm always a little wary of buying stuff from ppl I dont know, especially dealers who sell on street corners. Id rather pay 2x or 3x as much from an online pharmacy just to know exactly what I'm getting for my $$. But... can ya get the GOOD stuff from those online pharmacies?

Probably not. There's probably a bigger risk buying from online pharmacies than from dealers on street corners. The pharmacies are the bigger crooks!

If you end up going the inner-city open-air drug market route, I will tell you a story.
I frequent one particular avenue. Everyone in the avenue works together.. it's a crew. The lead guy got popped last week. I've never had any problems with anyone there. Well, I dropped $200 last night and turns out half of the vials weren't even half filled. I had never gone through this guy before, but I'd seen him.
Moral of the story, test everything and don't spend more than $20 on a new guy even if he's with your usual crew.
 
The first thing to know when buying on the streets is to NEVER hand out more cash then you're willing to lose.. when you get bit, you need to remember that this was always comming..
Online pharmacioes ARE the biggest crooks! The only way to get anything goos is to pay for an "online consult" .. after everything is said and done, you're paying $2 a pill for some generic Vicodin ES .. yeah, you might get lucky with benzos, but you gotta figure that there is a really good chance your stuff will get siezed, so when you factor in all the siezed packages, again, you're paying a lot of money.. the time it takes these places to deliever could be spent trying to find a hookup on the street.. then again, some are flat out bullshit - they will take your money, or if they are really crooked (as wasthe case with one big-name) .. you pay for Percocet and they send you Vitamin in a package labeled "NARCOTICS - HANDLE WITH CARE" (in hopes customes would sieze it and send you a letter saying they seized your Percocet..)
There are exceptions, but they die fast.. my bookmarks are littered with entries for pharmacies that no longer exist...
 
I had fairly good luck getting my benzos from a particular pharmacy that shipped from Germany. It came in a plain UPS envelope, wrapped in about 20 layers of ad flyers from a German Sunday paper, it actually took me a couple mins of leaving through the ads to find my Xanax. They are expensive though, this place charged 3 bucks per 1mg Xanax all said and done, although the shipment came in 4 days. Please don't anyone email me asking for the source, that just isn't gonna happen. Besides, I wouldn't want to see anyone else pay that much for benzo's again, I dunno what I was thinking at the time.....

i tried shit like that once..walking around and asking ppl...and in the end i got stopped by the cops and they told me to get the hell away ...

haha the only thing i ever bought off the dope tracks was crack..yes i was in great desperation
it was very low quality. it's better to just save your $ than to buy shit drugs.

Definately hook up with some party kids... like someone else said, they can probably only get weed and E, but most of the time there is somebody who knows someone who knows someone that can hook you up with something else, and you basically work your way up.
As far as trying to scam your doc, well, i'd rather spend my time partying and looking for shit on the side than spending money on seeing my doctor and going thru hella un-fun scripts hoping to score.
 
The above mentioned may work for you-- but honestly it takes time...now matter what situation you are looking at--I have takeing many aproaches in many different areas----Most of the time find the local pot head and he will know people---in the city asking a fucking hooker is the best idea---invite her in your car-then ask where to get "raw"-"cook-up"--or "diesel"--what ever you please--I guarntee she will know many streets and corner that have one or all the mentioned..she her self is always buying crack---ooo yea she will want some $$ give her 20$ and that should be fine...DON"T FUCK HER THOUGH!!...anyway ask around talk to people you will get the drug vibe sooner or later---it is always closer to home than you think....
 
Okay ... this is a measly point but it's been bothering me, so:
Opi-ATE: Found naturally in the poppy (morphine, codeine)
Opi-OID: Some synth involved (hydrocodone, fentanyl, heroin)
So really we're talking about scoring opiods.
