hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone could give some suggestions on this subject.
I am looking for an effective fat burner but I really detest caffeine.

I tried Lipo-6 (which does contain caffeine) and I found it really worked, but I hate the feeling caffeine gives me.

So does anyone know of any effective OTC fat burners which don't contain caffeine (or related stims). Thanks.

You could look at lean xtreme or some of the topicals (I really like Eviscerate)

Hello all, this is my first post as a member of Bluelight.

Most stimulants contain caffeine paired with green tea catechins, and cissus quadrangularis because of the synergistic properties you gain when combining these three compounds. However, if you are wishing to stay away from all related stimulants, then that leaves you mostly with no results.
There is a product called "Caffeine Free Fat Burner" made by Apex, I have never tried or heard any reviews of the product however. Green tea may work well for you alone(although it is also caffeinated), however cissus would not yield many results when not paired with caffeine and green tea catechins. Do you know what dose of caffeine you can tolerate? If you are simply wanting something for energy then you might look into a B complex vitamin. Now that Ephedra has been banned for awhile, almost all OTC "Fat Burners" contain caffeine at some dosages as well as other stimulants. In any case, if you cannot get over your dislike of caffeine, then I would consider attempting to consume less calories every day in order to lose weight, as well as making sure you are eating clean.

What is it about the caffeine that you dislike? You can take theanine with caffeine to combat any feelings of anxiety, jitteriness, and overstimulation.
