Opioids Sudden cessation of naltrexone

For people using naltrexone who are not former opiate users, is there a risk of suddenly stopping it? It's an opioid receptor antagonist so hypothetically it shouldn't cause problems, but I have read some user experiences saying that non-opiate users who suddenly stop naltrexone get messed up.

I'm asking because there is a large community of people out there who use low dose naltrexone (<6mg) for a variety of health conditions and I'm wondering if there's anything documented about cessation. The drug monograph doesn't reveal much.

There shouldn't be any discontinuation syndrome. Maybe constipation, brain fog, lethargy? But probably only at higher doses.
