Okay, so this might be a little long.

about a month and a half ago, around 3-4 pm took some Sudafed (regular dose prepackged) for cold symptoms SWIM was feeling. About an hr or so later he went to smoke a bowl to him self (was a daily smoker at the time for bout 7 months, and whole career of smoking was about 3 yrs) and chill out for a bit. around ~7:30 SWIMs friends hit him up to see if SWIM wanted to hangout. SWIM went over to hangout, which they then offered about 25 mg extended release ritalin to blow in lines. He took the offer, blew the lines, and then proceeded to smoke a bowl between the three of them, and then a cigarette after the bowl. SWIM was feeling pretty good, then about 9:30-10 they smoked another bowl, then SWIM drank about 4/5ths of a Red Bull smallest can size they offer (over the course of about ~25 minutes) and took the remainder ~5 mg bump of the ritalin.

Then at about ~11 pm Swim and the other 3 people (one joined along the way) decided to smoke some more and then SWIM took a massive bong rip, one that made him cough for about a minute straight and had to remained seated to gather himself. After SWIM and the others went inside, about 20 or so minutes later he started getting a bit anxious, noticing heart beat and starting to get a bit hot, thus followed by actual hot flashes that made SWIM want to go outside to cool off. then SWIM really started to get worried, as he's never felt like this before,

(SWIM has done ritalin once before, but smaller dose snorted as well, and adderall 3 times similar doses, snorted and orally, each time there was a significant break inbetween.
SWIM has also rolled a handful of times, all a month 5 times in 4 months, the last two times being within about 3 weeks of each other, and the latest time SWIM rolled was a few days before this night) SWIM has never had a panic attack, but is definitely an anxious friendly type, fought with depression for awhile too, and since that night SWIM (about a month and a half ago) has been fairly anxious, having panic attacks here and there, but definitely not on the same level as the night of the drug consumption. SWIM thought he got over it when he was going through depersonalization for about a week and a half period, but then he was coming out of it (about a week and a half ago), he went to check his pulse again, still a little anxious, and the reading on the walmart machine came back 100. it has been between about 85-100 regularly when awake and going through the day, but definitely feels better when sleeping/before SWIM gets out of bed. At some points throughout the day when the anxiety is the highest for SWIM, he notices that he gets a tightness is his chest also, but read that with anxiety its fairly common.

SWIM is wondering if this was just a panic attack, and got prolonged anxiety from the bad experience, or if this somehow caused damage to his heart. should be noted that SWIM has had a fairly poor diet the past year or so, and the same goes with exercise, SWIM never got more exercise than walking commonly, maybe a little heavy lifting for a job, but not anything prolonged. Most of the anxiety has come from wondering about whether the combo of an early dose of sudafed, some weed throughout, and bit of ritalin, and about 65 mg of caffeine was detrimental, but anxiety would still be there regardless, but not on a nearly as high of a level if SWIM got some reassurance

I share your story.

It's most definitely a panic attack, and subsequent anxiety derived from it. You'll have that for awhile... at least until you can full accept the fact that your anxiety is the cause of your anxiety and panic. As nonsensical as it sounds, it's an unbelievably vicious and self-perpetuating cycle.
