So I dropped out my senior year of highschool and pretty much since then, which was about a year ago I never have been on a schedule for getting up early and going to sleep and having to get up early again for a job. This is really taking a mental toll on me. I use to have no problem sleeping when I was in school, but I was also smoking buds then everyday. After that, this past year, I've been unable to sleep on my own and if I take PM tylenol AND Melatonin type pills it makes me drowsy and tired but not enough to fall asleep quick and stay asleep.
Even though I've been getting up at seven today and the past two days. I would think having lymes, and getting up early and being up for much longer than usual, I would be able to sleep better but I dont.
Anyone know what I should do? It really is having a shitty affect on my depressive state currently and I have to work every morning until new years eve currently.
