What is a good starting dose for the hydrox? I am on roughly 1 mg of sub currently

hydroxyzine is a pretty common antihistamine for several types of issues, it is synthesized to be safe with almost anything, i'd start at 50mg to see if that works for you, if you need more then double it

Yup that's what they gave me in detox for heroin wd. I'd go 50mg twice a day on the hydroxyzine

You can even go 50 three times a day depending on how you feel.
