Subs "high" and cognitive function+ subs taper

Example.....I get screwed up on codeine, maybe add a benzo and I am happily twatted.

Contrast to tramadol and even with benzo I operate fine....well better than fine, work, gym, relationships.

Depending on prescribed subs dose Will I be able to function.

Also my rehab benzo dose will take 7 months? ...what is a usual subs taper length? Or does that depend on prior opiate/opoid use?

I'm not 100 percent sure what you're asking, but I do know that for me, long term sub maintenance screwed with my memory formation abilities. If you're good on codeine, then suboxone is gonna do 2 things... get you ripped when you take it, and Jack your tolerance up biiig time.

I agree with demigodz if codeine is getting you fd up than subz r just going to either get you really buzzed at first, or
Sick. But once your body gets used to it and your tollerence skyrockets from where it is now, ur just gonna be dependent on bupe, not feel nothing other than craving cigarettes more than you would if you were sick from not having it. Im not bashing bupe cuz it was a miracle drug for me and helped me get off dope n get my shit together. But its not too fun once you are prescribed the shit and your tolerance is sky high, bupe is strong. N tapering off it is kinda tough too cuz reguardless you have to pay the piper and deal with withdrawal. Even when you taper down to barely any.

What Dr would put someone on Subs for tramadol or codeine Jesus. Not saying these aren't addictive substances but come on.

I thought this also in regard to tramadol and codeine.....Also although my past abuse of tramadol was over a gram it now sits easily at 150-200 mg. ....and codeine....even though I have access to DHC which I have never tried all I currently do is a CWE daily and only 24 x 8mg .....I budget.....codeine is a much more mong out new buzz to me rather than trammy which gave up any floaty high on me years back.....take too much and it gets too stimmy for me and this anxiety amplified by my benzo taper is......not nice however after reading about subs I've yet to read or youtube a personal experience about using subs for trammy W/D..... seems to be H or oxys. Also I think I am pussy in out sometimes and can indeed control and reduce my opiate/opoid intake.......fact remains I am not and with the allure or being to optain pharmaceutical opiates -nubain/morphine etc I am honestly scared about where I could wander....benzo use is under control and tapering....I must see it all through.
