Subs and kpins

Got my kpin dose down at .125 mg. I'm starting a quick sub taper today. Is it safe to take my tiny dose of benzos with this? I'll likely only be taking 1-2 mg of sub, as my tolerance is pretty low.

Yes. It is safe, considering how low of a dose of kpin/clonazepam (0.125mg is ~1.25mg of diazepam/Valium just for clarity's sake) you're looking at (and how low of a dose of Suboxone/buprenorphine you're looking at as well).

Thanks! That conversion is great too, as I an on ending my taper with some Valium dosed every other day. Well, here we go. Sub under tongue in 3...2...1...

Yes, buprenorphine has less respiratory depression than full agonist opioids. Glad to see you asked first though. Always better to be safe.
