Hello all, I have been a reader of this site for years but finally had some questions and created an account. Last year my small intestine ruptured and I almost died. Landed me in the hospital for a while and had a couple of surgeries. I have recovered nicely and am in the best shape of my life now. The only nagging issue I still have is some bad nerve pain that was caused somehow by the event. I was on a combo of hydro and lyrica for months and now even though I never abused my hydro script in any way my doc of course dropped it despite my pain not improving yet. So now I am just scripted lyrica and it only works good if I use it a couple of days a week. So in my desperation I have chose to self medicate as I don't enjoy my quality of life in pain nearly every day. I can get hydro or oxy easily but the cost is out of the question when combined with what I already pay for the lyrica. So what I have decided to do is a rotation of #4, subs, lyrica, and k-pins. Each once or twice a week with a couple of days I take nothing and just deal with it. The days I dose with something will just be once in the evening as that is when the pain gets worse. My question is how should I order my rotation? I mostly am concerned about possible conflicts with the subs and #4. Also if I stick to my rotation can I expect my tolerence to each to stay in check? I have thought about this alot and am comfortable with my choice of substances, and I can afford this combo which is most important. Thank you for any input my wise peers!
